Hi there! My name is Lilly, and I’m a health aficionado who’s passionate about making wellness accessible and achievable. Within our current culture of wellness, there's an abundance of workout programs, styles of eating and meditation practices available to us. But, each fitness trainer, registered dietitian or yoga guru claims their method is the best. It’s impossible to sift through all of the noise and find a way of moving, eating and decompressing that nourishes you as a unique individual.
That's where I come into play. I want to help you filter out the abundance of content without any agenda or monetary gain, so you'll feel better equipped to live a healthy life. I'm going to share straightforward reviews on popular fitness classes, delicious and nutritious ways of eating that aren’t restrictive and grounding ways to manage stress without any pressure.
My approach to health and wellness is simple and holistic. I believe in restoring the mind and body with movement, meditation and meals that make you feel amazing. My hope is that I inspire you to discover ways that make you excited to practice a healthy lifestyle.
